Powow App Login Issue

When to Use: When we receive a request that a customer forgot his email on the Powow App

1.  Determine the system Type

• Alpha system use this Macro: Powow App > Forgot my Password/Email
• Hinen System use this Macro: Powow App > Forgot my Password/Email Hinen

2.  If any issues encountered while trying to login to the app, ask the customer to send photos or screenshot of the error.

3.  For Hinen Systems, Powow App is currently not available but customers can still use Solaman/ Hinen App for system monitoring and the Powow Portal for VPP concerns.
