When to use: If the system is offline
1. Before attempting a reconnection, ensure the following conditions are met:
- Use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network ONLY
- Ensure the signal strength has at least 2 bars
Stay in close proximity to the inverter
2. Determine which monitoring portal is being used to select the correct guide:
Note: Hinen Version2 system has check code
For Solarman: Follow the Solarman reconnection guide. Macro: Monitoring > System Offline > Hinen-Solarman Wifi Reconnection
If connection is successful, No further action is required. The process ends here.
For Hinen Solar: Follow the Hinen Solar reconnection guide. Method 1, Proceed to Method 2 if connection is unsuccessful. Macro: Monitoring > System Offline > Hinen-Solar Wifi Reconnection
If connection is successful, No further action is required. The process ends here.
3. If the connection attempts fail, please request the following information:
Photos of the WIFI dongle showing all LEDs.
Confirmation that you are using 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi.
Verification of Wi-Fi signal strength at the inverter location.
App screenshots if the process became stuck at any specific step.
4. Once the required photos and information are collected, pass the case onto the Engineering team for further assessment.
Note: Please ensure customers receive a status update every 48 hours.
