Macro: Faults > Offline > Request to Reconnect
1. Download the Powow meter toolkit app

2. Initial Check:
• If any step goes wrong on the Powow meter, press the Enter and Down Arrow buttons to go back.
• Make sure the phone device is connected to the 2.4Ghz wifi before you connect the meter to wifi.
• Make sure the you are getting atleast two wifi bars on your phone at the meter location
3. System Check and meter SN:
• Go to the Powow meter screen.
• Use the Down Arrow to select the system and press Enter.
• Press down once to access version info.
• SN is the Meter serial number – please take photo.
• To back to Homepage press both buttons together.
4. Bluetooth and Powow meter toolkit App:
• Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
• Open the Powow meter toolkit app.
• Press "Scan". A device should appear on the list.
• After connecting, you should get Network list option
• Move to Step 5
5. WiFi Connection: Click on:
• The WiFi-0 setting page, the wifi which is connected to your phone should automatically appear. If not make sure your phone is connected to the wifi
• Enter the Wi-Fi password in the field.
• Click save. Once you click save it will take you back to the previous page.
• Click apply and confirm.
• Once confirmed, the app will start the configuration and reboot the powow meter.
6. Post-Reboot Checks:
• After reboot, on Homepage select the system and press Enter.
• Press the Down Arrow three more times to reach the Ping Test section. Press Enter to perform a ping test.
• The ping test should result in 5/5 if the WiFi is good. Even a 4/5 is decent connection, but could drop out, indicating wifi signal is low.
• Press the Down Arrow and Enter simultaneously to return to the homepage.
7. EMS Settings:
• Use the Down Arrow to select "Setting" on the homepage and press Enter.
• Press the Down Arrow 13 times to reach the EMS section
• If EMS says “ENABLE”. You don’t need to do anything more. If not proceed ahead to enable the EMS
• If EMS is not enabled, press Enter once. It will ask for a password
• Press Enter once and Down Arrow once to set the password to 1, then press Enter once.
• If it shows “DISABLE”, press enter and down arrow and change to “ENABLE” and press enter once. Once “ENABLE” the meter will reboot on itself.
• Ensure EMS is enabled, then press Enter and Down Arrow together to return to the homepage.
8. Final Verification:
• After reboot, double-check that EMS is enabled.
