Hinen/Solarman App Login Request

When to Use: When we receive a request to create login details for  Hinen customers

1. Identify Hinen system version 

     Note: Hinen V2 has check code under system details

2. Identify correct monitoring system (Solarman App / Hinen Solar App)

You can access the monitoring system by going to https://home.solarmanpv.com/login. or by downloading the mobile app (SOLARMAN Smart) from the Play/App Store.

Hinen Solar App

iOS (App Store) or Android (Google Play) → Search for “Hinen Solar” and install it.

3. Identify correct Macro

Solarman App: Monitoring > Hinen Solarman App Login

Hinen Solar App: Monitoring > Hinen App Login

4. If any issues encountered while trying to login to the app, ask the customer to send photos or screenshot of the error

5. Reach out to Eng Team and Hinen for further assessment of the issue.
