When to use: Customer reported Alpha ESS Eco AK System related issues
Note: We still check system out of warranty issues as some might still be under PPA agreement
1. Identify the System Status
Determine which of the following three categories the system currently falls into:
Category A: Offline, but the system is still functioning.
Category B: Offline and the system is malfunctioning.
Category C: Online, but the system is malfunctioning.
2. Follow the Specific Path
A: Offline but Functioning
Verify Connection Method: Confirm if the internet is provided via a hardwired LAN cable.
Action: Refer to and follow the Internet Connection Guide - Hardwire LAN to restore connectivity.
Macro: Monitoring>System offline>Alpha System- LAN Cable
B: Offline & Malfunctioning
Documentation: Request photos of the system to identify visible errors or physical damage.
Action: Refer to and follow the Internet Connection Guide - Hardwire LAN to restore connectivity.

Collect photos required and send to Engineering for further review.
C: Online & Malfunctioning
Documentation: Request photos of the system and any error codes displayed on the unit or app.
Review: Move directly to the engineering review (Step 3).
3: Engineering Review & Escalation
For all malfunctioning systems (Paths B and C):
Submit the collected photos and status reports to the Engineering (ENG) Team.
